I’m not sure how this sort of thing happens, but once again I find myself completing someone’s work. This nice old piano had been “reconditioned” (this time I KNOW who did it. Oh well.
It has new strings, New tuning pins, new hammers and dampers, but it’s dirty. Worst of all, the treble bridge is cracked almost all the way through. He replaced the Bass Bridge cap though. Why didn’t he replace the treble?
